Connect Agéndalo with Google Calendar (a Google-verified integration) and let the agenda keep itself up to date: no exports, no manual copying.

  • Each Professional, Their Own Calendar: every team member connects their own Google account from their Personal Area, in one click, authorizing directly with Google. Their appointments show up in their Google Calendar and follow them on their phone, whether the booking comes from the panel or from online booking.
  • Always Up To Date: new appointments are added automatically, rescheduled ones are updated and cancelled ones disappear. When connecting, upcoming appointments already on the books are imported too.
  • Manager View: as the owner, connect your own calendar and choose which professionals to follow (or the whole business). If you manage several locations, each one has its own independent connection.
  • Privacy By Design: the event includes only the service, the time and the client's name; private notes never leave Agéndalo. Credentials are stored encrypted and any professional can disconnect their calendar at any time (their future appointments are removed automatically).

  • Multi-Service Packs: One pack with several services ("5 cleansings + 3 renewals + 2 exfoliations"), with a separate counter per service. A used-up service stops being redeemable while the others stay alive.
  • Memberships with Perks: Monthly or annual plans with their price, a member discount visible at the register and included packs issued automatically on sign-up and on every renewal.
  • Automatic Fee Collection (optional): The client saves their card once from a secure link and the fee is charged automatically every period, with an email receipt for them and a ticket in your billing. If the card fails, the system retries and alerts you.

Invoicing Companies and Insurers (with co-payment)

When the payer is not (only) the patient.

Insurers, companies covering their workers' treatment, public bodies: in many health practices a share of the revenue is not taken at the desk, it is invoiced.

  • Patients Linked to Their Company: Add the company with its legal name, tax ID, address and payment terms, and link its workers. Their visits pile up to be invoiced together.
  • Co-payment (a share each): Set the split once (say €36/h the company and €8/h the worker; a fixed amount or a percentage work too) and every visit splits by itself. At the desk you only charge the patient's share, and the rest stays alive for the company invoice: charging one side never clears the other.
  • Work Accident: One click and 100 % of the visit goes on the company's invoice, with nothing charged at the desk.
  • Monthly Invoice with Withholding Tax: Issue a single invoice with all the period's visits, with its due date and, if the payer requires it, its withholding (which reduces what you get paid, not the tax base or the VAT). Recording the transfer later issues no new tax document.

Integration with Veri*FactuBeta

Veri*Factu-compliant invoices before it becomes mandatory in 2027.

Our platform integrates with Veri*Factu billing systems so you can issue invoices and tickets following the requirements of Spanish Royal Decree 1007/2023.
