Management software is paid with a fee. A marketplace is paid with a percentage of every booking that comes through it. At the start of the month they look alike; by the end of the year they are not, because one is a known cost and the other grows exactly when your business is doing well.
With a flat fee

Take your average ticket and the bookings that would come through the intermediary in a month, and multiply by the commission they charge you. If the result goes over €48, the flat fee already works out better, and the gap widens every month your calendar improves. With a €35 average ticket and 10 bookings a month, a 20% commission is €70 on €350 billed through that channel.
That calculation is an example with round numbers so you can repeat it with yours, not anybody’s published rate: every platform has its own and it is worth checking on their site.

Invoicing that is verifiable by the Spanish tax authority, with the chained record and the QR code the regulation requires. You only need it if you issue your invoices from the software.
WhatsApp from your own number€9.99/month
Reminders go out from the number your clients already have saved, instead of a service number. Optional: without it, reminders work just the same.
Clinical Inventory€9.99/month
For centres with injectables and consumables: batches and expiry dates with alerts, the materials of each treatment deducted from the appointment, and the batch in the patient record. Regular inventory (products, deliveries, outflows and stock counts) is included in the plan.

The first one is included. This does not limit how many professionals you have in the calendar, which is as many as you want: it is so each person logs in with their own user and permissions.

The plan comes with 5 GB, enough for years of before-and-after photos and signed consent forms. You only expand it if you genuinely run out.
Online payments from your clients2.7% + €0.25 per charge
Only if you switch on deposits or prepaid packages. It is what it costs to process the card and settle the money into your account; if you do not charge online, you pay nothing.
There is no setup fee, no installation fee, no training fee and no lock-in. If you switch on an add-on and stop needing it, you remove it and it stops being charged from the next period.

Questions about pricing
What exactly happens when the 30-day trial ends?
Access is paused until you activate a subscription. Nothing is charged automatically, because we never asked for your card during the trial. Your data is kept and is right there, exactly as you left it, as soon as you activate the account.
Does the €48 include VAT?
No, VAT is added on top. At the 21% rate in force in Spain that is €58.08 per month. If your business reclaims VAT, the real cost to you is the €48.
Does the price go up if I have more staff or more appointments?
No. The fee is the same with one professional or fifteen, and with 50 appointments a month or 800. The only things billed separately are the optional add-ons above, and only if you switch them on yourself.
Is there a setup, migration or training fee?
No. Signing up is free, we help you bring over your services and clients from whatever system you use today, and onboarding support is part of the fee.
What if I go over 100 reminders in a month?
The excess moves to pay-per-use at the current rate, and the allowance resets in the next billing period. A hundred reminders a month comfortably covers the calendar of most centres: roughly one reminder for every working day, morning and afternoon.
Do I need the Veri*Factu module?
Only if you issue your invoices from the software and Spanish verifiable-invoicing rules apply to you. If you invoice through your accountant or another system, you do not need it and you do not pay for it. You can switch it on the day you do need it.
If I cancel mid-month, do I get a pro-rata refund?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, so you keep using the software until that date and you are not charged again afterwards. There is no pro-rata refund of the current month, beyond whatever applicable consumer law provides.
If I leave, do I take my data with me?
Yes. Your client and calendar data is yours, you can export it, and you can request permanent deletion of the account whenever you want, under GDPR. There is no lock-in clause and no penalty for leaving.
