They book the first session

Yes, they include date, time, and digital signature. They are legally valid.
Can I upload before/after photos?
Yes, you can attach photos to each appointment or client history. They are stored securely.
Does it work for treatment rooms?
Yes. With workstation mode you set how many rooms you have and the calendar never accepts more simultaneous appointments than rooms; shared equipment can be marked as overlappable services with their own limit.
