Frequently asked questions for podiatrists and physiotherapists
Can I migrate my current Word records to the system?
The system lets you create records from scratch for each patient and fill them in with the relevant history. There is no automatic import from Word, but the process is quick: within one or two sessions, the active patient will have their history in the system.
Do the informed consent forms have legal validity?
The client signs digitally by hand over the document. The signature is embedded in the PDF with the date and time. This is valid for demonstrating consent to health inspections or claims. The legal content of the text is the professional's responsibility.
When is Veri*Factu mandatory for my practice? How much does it cost?
The obligation is already in force: companies since January 1, 2026 and self-employed and SMEs since July 1, 2026. In Agendalo ToDo, Veri*Factu is included at no extra cost in your 48 EUR/month subscription. There are no add-ons or extra fees: everything you need to comply is within the same price.
How many professionals can use the system?

Do WhatsApp reminders arrive with my clinic name?
Reminders are sent through Agendalo ToDo's WhatsApp integration. The message includes your clinic name and appointment details. The sender is the platform, not a personal number.
